If your tracking shows that your order was delivered we recommend a few steps to take first:
- Check with family living with you to see if they retrieved your package
- Ask neighbors if they saw the package delivered, if they picked it up for you, or saw suspicious activity
- Review your confirmation email and online order to ensure the correct address was entered
- Check with your mail carrier/local post office as soon as possible to confirm if the package was physically delivered - since the packages have to be scanned your carrier may remember if it was a mis-delivery
If you're unable to locate your package you can contact us customer service team to review your order and lost delivery.
