Confirmation emails that include your order #, tracking information and order receipt are sent to the email address provided during checkout. These can sometimes be nabbed by spam/junk filters, so we recommend checking their first. Also:
- If you created an account, log in and check your profile to ensure that your email address was entered correctly
- Verify that you completed your order in full and that your order was submitted
- Some internet mail services may delay the delivery of emails. If you don't receive your confirmation email within an hour of ordering we recommend contacting us directly.
